Compared with traditional brick-concrete structure houses, light steel villas are mainly different from traditional houses in the following points:

1. Material selection is different. New house materials are mainly energy-saving and environmentally friendly materials, such as anti-corrosion steel, gypsum board, OSB board, heat-insulating environmentally friendly materials, etc.;

2. Performance is different. New-type houses generally have good comfort and safety, and many functions are not available in traditional houses. There are many types of new houses, starting with the well-known light steel villas. Light steel villas can be built in both the north and the south.

3. Save space. The building area of ordinary rural residences is not very large, and there is no land price problem. It is acceptable for most people to choose to build light steel villas compared with traditional villas.
